Spring 2010 Housing: New Incoming Freshman & Transfers
Housing applications for new incoming freshman and transfers are currently available. To apply for housing please log in using your 9-digit Rowan ID number, included in your admissions packet, and use your 6-digit birth date as your pin.
Spring 2010 Housing: Current/Returning Students
The 2009/2010 Room Selection period has ended. At this time, all current students that apply will be housed based upon availability. To apply for housing, please log in using your Rowan ID number and pin.
Security Deposit
After you have submitted an online application you will be directed to www.rowan.edu/epay, a secure university website, to pay a $200 security deposit via credit card (VISA, MC, AMEX, DISC) or electronic check. Once you log in to the EPAY site please make sure you select the "DEPOSITS" tab, then select the "HOUSING DEPOSIT" pull down to submit your security deposit. PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH.
Applications will NOT be processed until the security deposit is paid.
Trouble Logging In?
Students should use the original pin number assigned by the university to log-in to the site. If you have tried using that pin and are unsuccessful, review our Log-in Tips to troubleshoot issues or visit www.rowan.edu/password/activation. **New Applicants: Please be advised that you must activate your Rowan E-mail account before filling out your housing application in order to receive the confirmation e-mail sent out when you have submitted the application. You will also need your Rowan E-mail Account to receive any other correspondence from the university.**
