New Incoming Students for Fall 2012
Housing applications for new incoming students are now available. To apply for housing, please log in using your 9-digit Rowan ID number, included in your admissions packet, and use your 6-digit birthdate as your pin.
Transfer Students for Fall 2012
Please fill out their "Transfer Room Selection Profile" application starting May 1, 2012. To apply for housing, please log in using your 9-digit Rowan ID number, included in your admissions packet, and use your 6-digit birthdate as your pin.
Housing Deposit
Once your online housing application has been submitted you will be directed to www.rowan.edu/epay, a secure university website, to pay a $200 housing deposit via credit card (VISA, MC, AMEX, DISC) or electronic check. Once you log in to the EPAY site please make sure you select the "DEPOSITS" tab, then select the "HOUSING DEPOSIT" pull down to submit your housing deposit. PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH OR CHECK IN THE MAIL.
**Housing deposits must be paid prior to the start of the term**

Students should use the pin number assigned by the university to log-in to the site. If you have tried using your given pin and are still unsuccessful, please review our Log-in Tips to troubleshoot issues or visit www.rowan.edu/password/activation. IMPORTANT NOTE: Please make sure your Rowan e-mail account is activated to receive correspondence from the university. To obtain your Rowan Network account username and password, go to www.rowan.edu/password/reset. New applicants must activate their Rowan e-mail account before filling out the housing application to ensure receiving the confirmation e-mail once the application has been submitted.
